CEO of GEN, Dr. Paravan, at the General Conference of the IAEA in Vienna

From September 25th to 29th, the 67th General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is taking place in Vienna. Among the attendees is the CEO of GEN energy, Dr. Dejan Paravan. In his opening speech, IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi emphasized the agency's role in ensuring peace, security, and sustainable development

Dr. Paravan met with representatives of the nuclear industry on the sidelines of the General Conference. He also participated in a panel discussion on ensuring a successful and sustainable nuclear program, emphasizing the importance of developing the nuclear industry at the European level and the associated supply chain. The event, organized by France, featured opening remarks from François Jacq, the CEO of the French Commission for Atomic Energy (CEA), and Luc Rémont, the CEO of EDF. The discussion included contributions from Sama Bilbao-y-Léon, the Director-General of the World Nuclear Association (WNA), Nigel Cann, the CEO of the planned Sizewell C nuclear power plant, and Vakisasai Ramany, the Vice President of EDF for International Development.
